What Does It Mean to Be an Affiliate Partner?
If you have never heard this term, do not worry. It is very simple: being an affiliate means being an official referrer. Imagine you recommend excellent tattoo equipment to a friend, and for that referral the store gives you a share of the profit. That is exactly what we do here, but in an automated and professional way.
How the process works in practice

You share this link with other tattoo artists, on your social media or in groups.
The tracking
The rule is unique and mandatory: the person must complete the purchase through your exclusive link.
Sale and confirmation
As soon as payment is approved, the system instantly recognizes your origin link and the commission appears on your dashboard.
Tracking and 365-Day Security
365-day security
Your link is valid for 1 full year. If someone clicks your link today but only decides to buy months from now, through the link you shared, the commission will still be yours.
The system remembers that you were responsible for bringing in this student for 365 days.
Important tip: always guide people to click your link and complete the registration in that exact same window or browser. This ensures the system identifies your referral with 100% precision.

Critical rule: the use of the link
If the interested party clicks your link but later leaves and decides to buy by going directly to the InkMentors website (without using your link), the system will not be able to identify that the referral was yours.

Note on currency (exchange rate). Since InkMentors serves students all over the world, courses can be sold in different currencies (USD, EUR, and others).
Calculation base. Your 20% commission is calculated on the net value of the sale, in the currency the student purchased in.
Automatic conversion. The platform automatically converts this value to the currency of your country, so you always have clarity about your balance.

Payment method
Exclusively via PayPal. If you do not have an account created, you will need to create one.
Tracking

Commission release
As soon as the student completes 30 days from the purchase (the guaranteed satisfaction period), your commission is automatically released in the system.
Payment and deposit date
With the amounts released, the payment drops into your PayPal account every 1st of the following month.
Why does it work like this? This ensures all sales registered on your dashboard are final, avoiding future errors or chargebacks. It is the security that the money appearing as released is truly yours.
How to Request Your Subscription

Access the form to become an official partner.

Filling out
Fill in your details and confirm the email you are going to use on our platform. Choose a valid email you have easy access to.

Activation
After submission, our team has up to 24h to process your request.

Confirmation
Once the request is confirmed by our team, you will receive an official email to log into your account. Keep an eye on your inbox (and also the spam folder). The confirmation email is your access key to the dashboard and to your future commissions.

Login and data confirmation
At this point you already need to log your PayPal details, so have them on hand.

Link creation
Open the Links and Resources tab and create your link. It must start with the InkMentors website, otherwise it will not be valid. Example of a valid link: www.inkmentors.com/affiliate-name. The affiliate name can be your first and last name, or the name of your studio, whichever you prefer.

In the Affiliate Dashboard, the Sales tab lets you track all of your sales.
